Requirements: B.A./B.S. in a related field or equivalent education and experience; 7 years of multi-unit experience and Local Store Marketing experience; ability to oversee 35-50 locations across multiple states; strong leadership, supervisory, organizational, and communication skills; thorough knowledge of Chipotle culture and values; proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; willingness to travel extensively
