Position: TAVERN KITCHEN MANAGER
About: Responsible for the day-to-day operation and facilitating the flow of food preparation in the kitchen, ensuring that daily operations meet guest expectations and managing up to 15 team members in a dynamic kitchen environment.
Requirements: Two years of previous experience in kitchen management; ability to effectively communicate in one-on-one, small group, and large group settings; ability to apply common sense reasoning to a variety of situations; ability to write effectively and respond to inquiries or complaints; ability to perform basic mathematical calculations and work with probabilities; intermediate computer skills; must be at least 21 years of age; high school diploma or equivalent preferred; ability to communicate in English, both written and verbal; obtain and maintain all required work cards; verify right to work in the United States.
