Position: Tavern Kitchen Manager

About: Responsible for the day-to-day operation and facilitating the flow of food preparation in the kitchen, ensuring guest expectations are met and managing team member challenges effectively. The position involves leading and managing up to 15 team members through daily kitchen operations.

Requirements: Two years of previous experience in kitchen management; ability to effectively communicate in various settings; common-sense reasoning and problem-solving skills; proficiency in written communication and mathematical concepts; intermediate computer skills; at least 21 years of age; high school diploma or equivalent preferred; functional English communication skills; valid work authorization in the United States; obtain and maintain necessary work cards.
