Position: TAVERN DISHWASHER
About: Responsible for preparing a variety of food items, cleaning kitchen and other areas, and maintaining inventory rotation. The role involves washing chinaware, glassware, and flatware, checking cleanliness of items before sending out, discarding damaged items, cleaning tables and floors, and performing various kitchen maintenance tasks. Additionally, the position requires maintaining hot and cold foods, setting up cook’s station, ensuring cleanliness at all times, adhering to sanitation standards, providing excellent customer service, and following company guidelines.
Requirements: Previous experience in a similar role preferred; knowledge of kitchen equipment and sanitation guidelines preferred; experience working in a team environment; ability to read and interpret documents, perform basic math functions, and apply common sense reasoning; must be at least 21 years old; high school diploma or equivalent preferred; proficiency in occupational-based English communication; obtain and maintain required work cards; legal right to work in the United States
