Position: Tavern Assistant Manager
About: Responsible for overseeing the operation of a tavern in Miami, ensuring excellent service, cleanliness, and adherence to company standards. This role involves managing staff, handling administrative duties, and maintaining a positive atmosphere for guests and employees.
Requirements: Two to five years of restaurant or gaming supervisory experience; knowledge of POS operations; ability to motivate team members and work independently; effective communication skills; proficiency in common sense reasoning and problem-solving; intermediate computer skills; 21 years of age or older; high school diploma or equivalent; proficiency in occupational-based English; ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and perform various physical tasks; obtain and maintain required work cards; verify eligibility to work in the United States
