Position: Task Force Sous Chef
About: With a longstanding legacy in the restaurant business, Marcus Hotels & Resorts is seeking a Task Force Chef to serve on assignments throughout their properties in various cities like Milwaukee, Chicago, Pittsburgh, North Hollywood, Las Vegas, and more. The company aims to provide guests with memorable dining experiences showcasing the finest in local and international cuisines.
Requirements: AOS and/or formal culinary degree preferred but not required; minimum of five years of progressive and stable experience in culinary management and kitchen operations; ability to develop working relationships with co-workers and departmental personnel; leadership skills to motivate and mentor kitchen staff and ensure goal accomplishment; willingness to travel and remain at properties until stabilized
