About: The company is seeking a candidate for a special task or specific projects within a district or region, overseeing and managing hotel operations to ensure optimum performance and continual improvement. The position involves providing leadership and direction as a relief General Manager at various Extended Stay Hotels, coordinating day-to-day operations, and participating in sales and lead generation efforts. The role also includes assisting in selecting and training key positions within the district or region, managing regional initiatives, and ensuring compliance with company standards and guidelines.
Requirements: Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: Ability to organize and prioritize multiple tasks; highly functional knowledge of computers and software; willingness to travel frequently and work away from home for extended periods; strong language, mathematical, and reasoning abilities; physical ability to handle various tasks in a hotel setting. Minimum Qualifications: Minimum of one year of property-level experience as General Manager, Hotel Manager, or Assistant General Manager; strong working knowledge of ESA systems, policies, and procedures; analytical understanding of financial reporting procedures; good standing and strong performance reviews in current or previous management roles. Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree in related field such as business or hospitality; three to five years of property-level experience as General Manager or Assistant General Manager in a hotel setting.
