Position: Taproom Supervisor – COS AND MONUMENT
About: Trails End Taproom, located in Colorado Springs, is seeking a Taproom Supervisor who is passionate about people, food, beer, and the outdoors. This part-time role involves overseeing the day-to-day operations of the taproom and contributing to the growth of the outdoor adventure brand.
Requirements: 3+ years’ experience leading staff in a restaurant and/or taproom atmosphere; 21 years old or older; Beer knowledge and a passion for craft beer (Certified beer servers and Certified Cicerones strongly encouraged to apply); Strong work ethic and the ability to multi-task, prioritize, and adapt to changing situations; Ability to work independently and as part of a team; Open availability with majority of hours being in the evenings and on weekends; Ability to lift 40 lbs. regularly; Valid Driver’s License
