Position: TableOne – Sous Chef

Requirements: At least 2-3 years of experience in culinary management; advanced culinary knowledge and baking expertise; experience in startup/opening of hotels and restaurants preferred; strong leadership and team development skills; detail-oriented with excellent communication and organizational abilities; familiarity with financial management and F&B concepts; understanding of health, safety, and employment regulations; proficiency in Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
