Position: TableOne – Executive Sous Chef

The company provides a platform for chefs to showcase their talents and grow under a successful formula. TableOne is dedicated to supporting culinary and beverage talent through resources and access. The Executive Sous Chef position is located at TableOne – Waikiki Swim Social Club & Favorite Son, overseeing daily operations and contributing to the restaurant’s success with exceptional culinary skills and leadership abilities.

Requirements: At least 3-4 years of experience in directing and managing employees in a culinary environment; experience in creating dynamic menus that evolve regularly; preferred experience in startup/opening of hotels and restaurants; advanced knowledge of culinary, baking, and pastry techniques; thorough understanding of food preparation techniques and hygiene practices; service-oriented with professional presentation skills; experience in managing and developing teams; results-driven leader with strong execution skills; excellent oral and written communication; detail-oriented with excellent prioritization and time management skills; demonstrated ability in project management and process excellence; experience in implementing new F&B concepts; basic understanding of Health and Safety, Food Hygiene, and Employment Legislation; open availability and flexibility to work including some travel as needed; comfortable using Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
