Position: TableOne – Executive Sous Chef

The location of this position is at TableOne – Bar Sprezzatura – Kimpton Theta Hotel in New York, NY.
Requirements: At least 3-4 years of experience in the direction and management of employees in a culinary environment; Advanced knowledge of culinary, baking, and pastry techniques; Thorough knowledge of food preparation techniques and food hygiene practices; Experience managing and developing teams; Results-driven leader with a fearless attitude towards execution and championing a vision; Strong team player with excellent communication skills and attention to detail; Open availability and flexibility to work as needed, including travel; Comfortable with Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
