Position: TableOne – Executive Chef

ModernHaus SoHo, a part of TableOne, is an urban sanctuary in New York City, offering a fusion of art, community, and innovation in a spacious outdoor setting.

Requirements: At least 3-4 years of experience in culinary direction and team management; creating dynamic and evolving menus; preference for experience in startup/opening of hotels and restaurants; advanced culinary knowledge; expertise in food preparation and hygiene practices; service-oriented with professional presentation skills; experience in team management and development; strong leadership and execution skills; excellent communication and organizational abilities; familiarity with F&B concepts and regulations; willingness to travel and flexible work hours; proficiency in Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
