Position: TableOne – Assistant General Manager

Requirements: 3-4 years experience in a similar or equivalent role; ability to understand and evaluate complex information and data; warm and friendly demeanor; experience in processing payroll; proficiency in POS systems, reservation systems, payroll, and Microsoft Office; clear understanding of State, Federal, and Local employment laws; ability to respond to guest complaints promptly; familiarity with monitoring service quality, compliance with liquor laws, health, and sanitation regulations; visibility on the restaurant floor and willingness to assist staff during all meal periods; involvement in training department heads and employees on SOPs and technical tasks; experience in conducting departmental training and interviewing F&B candidates; commitment to ensuring overall guest satisfaction
