About: Chef Xue, a high-volume establishment in Nevada, is seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Table Server to join their dynamic team. The position involves providing exceptional service to guests while supporting various front of house roles, including Back Server, Host Server, and Expo Server. Team players are valued in this tip-pool house where all staff have an equal stake.
Requirements: Maintain complete working knowledge of food & beverage products, point of sale software, and hospitality standards; Utilize service techniques, menu knowledge, and professional standards to manage guest expectations; Practice proper speech etiquette, communication, and service skills; Strong background in high-volume serving; Familiarity with InfoGenesis POS and OpenTable reservation system
