Position: Table Games Shift Manager
About: The Table Games Shift Manager position at Wind Creek Chicago Southland provides an opportunity to manage the casino floor, ensuring superior customer service, compliance with regulations, and maximizing company revenue. Wind Creek Chicago Southland is a forthcoming AAA Four Diamond Casino destination offering a luxurious hotel, entertainment facilities, and premier dining options.
Requirements: High School diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s Degree in Related Field AND two (2) years Table Games Management experience—required; OR Four (4) years’ experience in a Table Games Management position—required; OR Three (3) years’ experience in a Table Games Management position with Wind Creek Hospitality—required; Seven (7) years of table games experience—required; Knowledge of core games like Blackjack, Craps, Roulette, and Baccarat—required; Working knowledge of Title 31 compliance; Ability to withstand prolonged standing, stretching, bending and kneeling, and work in various environmental factors; Ability to work in a fast-paced, busy environment, maintain physical stamina, and work under pressure; Ability to lift or carry a minimum of 20 pounds unassisted; Excellent communication, teamwork, and customer service skills; Willingness to work odd hours, weekends, holidays, and travel as required; Must possess or have the ability to obtain and maintain an Occupational License per Illinois Gaming Act requirements
