Position: Table Games Pit Manager
About: The primary responsibility of the Table Games Pit Manager is to manage the casino pit areas, ensuring superior customer/team member service, proper game pace, and compliance with all gaming and company regulations and procedures. Duties are to be performed according to departmental and Wind Creek policies, practices, and procedures.
Requirements: High School diploma or GED– required; Bachelor’s Degree in Related Field AND two (2) years of Table Games Supervisory experience– required; OR Four (4) years’ experience in a Table Games Supervisor or Pit Management position– required; OR Three (3) years’ experience in a Table Games Supervisory position with Wind Creek Hospitality– required; Knowledge of at least four (4) core games including but not limited to Blackjack, Craps, Roulette, and Baccarat– required; Working knowledge of Title 31 compliance; Surveillance and observation of games; Ability to withstand prolonged standing, stretching, bending and kneeling without restriction; Ability to work in a fast-paced, busy, and somewhat stressful environment; Ability to lift or carry at least 20 pounds unassisted; Maintain a positive attitude towards work and interface with guests in a friendly manner; Willing to work odd and irregular hours, nights, weekends, and holidays; Willing to travel and participate in training; Must have an Occupational License pursuant to the Illinois Gaming Act and remain in good standing with the Illinois Gaming Board
