Position: System Executive Chef

About: Aramark Healthcare+ is seeking candidates for a System Executive Chef for the Philadelphia/South Jersey area. The System Executive Chef is a support role supporting culinary and production within multiple sites. Responsible for developing and executing culinary solutions to meet customer needs and tastes. Offers a wide variety of culinary solutions to meet customer and client needs and tastes. Oversees and manages culinary operations to meet production, presentation, and service standards. Applies culinary techniques to food preparation and manages the final presentation and service of food. Ensures culinary production appropriately connects to the Executional Framework. Ensures proper culinary standards and techniques are in place for preparation of food items, including production, presentation, and service standards.

Requirements: Culinary Degree and Healthcare experience required; Requires 10 years of culinary management experience; Requires 5 years of experience as an Executive Chef; SERV Safe certification and Strong HACCP knowledge required; Experience with Training and Development of other managers; Strong leadership and organizational skills are essential for success in this role; Must be willing to travel to sites throughout Philadelphia and South Jersey plus 10-15% travel within the Northeast Region; NOTE: This client location requires all individuals working on site to be fully vaccinated against COVID-19 before the start date.
