Requirements: High school diploma/GED preferred; at least 2 years of experience as a Food Prep in a Sushi restaurant highly preferred; basic knowledge of cutting fish and rolling sushi; bilingualism is a plus; active CALIFORNIA FOOD HANDLERS Certification required; open availability for shifts, including weekends and holidays; minimum age of 21 years required; must obtain and maintain a current California gambling establishment employee permit; must provide proof of U.S. employment eligibility; pass mandatory drug test, criminal background, and credit check
