Requirements: Minimum of 1 year of sushi chef experience required; ability to maintain a professional and courteous demeanor during busy times; ability to entertain and engage guests; understanding of proper food preparation techniques and equipment; previous experience in the restaurant or hospitality industry required; ability to work varied shifts, including holidays and weekends; must be 18 years of age or older; high school diploma or equivalent preferred; eligibility to work in the United States
