Requirements: 1-2 years of Sushi experience in a high-volume, fine dining restaurant; organized and proficient at multitasking; polished and well-groomed appearance; reliable, flexible team player willing to learn and adapt to new situations; strong verbal communication skills; committed to perfection and have a genuine passion for hospitality; thrive in a fast-paced environment and work well under pressure; open availability to work days, nights, and weekends
