About: Ned’s Club Washington, DC, a global collection of hotels, clubs, spas, and restaurants, is seeking a talented Sushi Line Cook to join their culinary team. The club offers a luxurious experience across three floors of a neoclassical style building in a prime location at 734 15th Street NW, overlooking iconic landmarks like the White House and US Treasury.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent; previous experience in a Pan Asian or Japanese kitchen; knowledge of Japanese cooking techniques; ability to work in high-pressure kitchen environments; creative flair for menu innovation
