Position: Sushi Lead Cook

Requirements: Must be 18 years or older; 2 or more years’ experience working as a prep and/or line cook; Experience leading a team; Enthusiasm for and knowledge of relevant products and services; Knife skills; 2 or more years’ experience making sushi and other types of Japanese cuisine; Highly proficient with cutting and working with whole fish; Associate’s degree in Culinary Arts
