Requirements: Requires a high school diploma or equivalent GED; minimum of 1 year of closely related Sushi cooking experience with food preparation skills and knowledge of HACCP standards; must be able to pass company provided food & safety sanitation class; work experience in a high volume and casual dining restaurant environment; ability to bend, twist, and stand; ability to lift and/or move up to 40 pounds; ability to speak, read, and comprehend instructions, as well as converse with customers comfortably; ability to speak and write Japanese a plus; experience working with sharp knives and utensils; experience with hands in water and chemical solutions
