Position: Sushi Cook
About: Umaizushi at HMSHost located at Hartsfield-Jackson Atlanta International Airport in Concourse C, Gate C30, offers a rewarding opportunity for a Sushi Cook. The position involves preparing sushi and various food products to ensure top-quality service for customers and associates, following strict food safety standards and contributing to the overall success of the food preparation team.
Requirements: Requires a high school diploma or equivalent GED; minimum of 1 year of closely related Sushi cooking experience with food preparation skills and knowledge of HACCP standards; must pass company-provided food & safety sanitation class; work experience in a high-volume and casual dining restaurant environment; ability to bend, twist, and stand, lift up to 40 pounds, and work with sharp utensils; proficiency in English with the ability to speak and write Japanese is a plus.
