Requirements: Proven experience as a sushi chef or cook; strong knowledge of sushi preparation techniques, including rice cooking and fish slicing; familiarity with various sushi rolls, sashimi, and tempura dishes; ability to handle high-pressure situations and maintain focus; excellent knife skills and attention to detail; understanding of food safety and sanitation standards; ability to work well both independently and as part of a team; excellent communication skills and a passion for food; ability to stand for long periods and lift heavy items as necessary
