Position: Sushi Cook
About: Umaizushi located at HMSHost in Hartsfield-Jackson Atlanta International Airport is seeking a dedicated Sushi Cook to join their team. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing quality sushi and food products, ensuring exceptional service to customers, and following all food safety standards and procedures in a fast-paced environment.
Requirements: Requires a high school diploma or equivalent GED; minimum of 1 year of closely related Sushi cooking experience; knowledge of HACCP standards and food safety practices; experience in a high-volume restaurant setting; ability to lift up to 40 pounds and stand for extended periods; proficiency in English; Japanese language skills a plus; comfortable working with sharp utensils and in wet conditions.
