Position: Sushi Cook ($23.00-25.00/Hour)
About: Legends, a holistic agency specializing in delivering solutions for legendary brands, is seeking a Sushi Cook to join their team. The Sushi Cook will report to the Executive Chef and be responsible for planning and directing food preparation in a fine dining culinary experience.
Requirements: All applicants must be at least 18 years of age; Culinary degree or graduated from a certified apprenticeship program with 2-3 years management experience in a high fast-paced high-volume restaurant or contract foodservice industry for a sports and entertainment venue; Prior experience in preparing sushi; Ability to interact with co-workers; Basic knowledge of food and beverage preparations; Able to read, speak and write in English; High school diploma or equivalent; 1 year working in a fast-paced high-end club or restaurant
