Position: Sushi Cook 1 – Orion’s Roof, Marriott Virginia Beach Oceanfront – Cavalier Resort
About: The Sushi Cook position at Orion involves preparing food for the sushi bar and dining rooms, including daily sushi specials and menu items, in adherence to specified standards. The role focuses on delivering quality food, pleasing presentations, and upholding food handling and quality assurance policies to support the mission and goals of PHR Mission Tenants.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent; 2+ years of relevant work experience in a similar scope required; good knowledge of production and operations in all forms of sushi; proficient in fish butchery and preparation of menu items; strong communication and multitasking abilities; experience within luxury brand/markets preferred
