Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; experience as a Sushi Chef preferred; passion for food and beverage; teamwork, humility, and collaboration; positive attitude and solution-oriented mindset; ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment; strong communication skills and emotional intelligence; commitment to continuous learning and improvement; ability to lift up to 50 lbs, stand for extended periods, work in varying temperatures, and use kitchen equipment safely.
