Requirements: Proven Sushi Chef or Sushi Roller experience, or multiple years’ experience as a chef or restaurant cook; ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a friendly demeanor; accuracy and speed in executing assigned tasks; a team player with good communication skills; high school diploma or equivalent is desirable, Culinary school diploma a plus; Washington State Food Worker Card is required (before the first day of work)
