Requirements: Minimum of 1 year of sushi chef experience required; ability to maintain a professional and courteous demeanor during busy times; ability to entertain and perform in front of guests is strongly desired; must work effectively in a team environment; knowledge of food preparation techniques and industry standards; previous experience in restaurant or hospitality industry required; ability to work varied shifts, including nights and weekends; must be 18 years of age or older; high school diploma or GED preferred; eligibility to work in the United States
