Requirements: Minimum of 1 year of sushi chef experience required; ability to maintain a professional and courteous demeanor during busy times; ability to entertain and engage guests; teamwork skills; knowledge of food preparation techniques; familiarity with food storage and handling standards; previous experience in restaurant or hospitality industry; 18 years of age or older; high school diploma or GED preferred; eligibility to work in the United States; flexibility to work various shifts, including holidays and weekends
