Position: Sushi Chef job

Requirements: Minimum 2 years experience as a Sushi Cook or at an Asian restaurant in a high-volume atmosphere; good knowledge of various sushi types and sushi-rolling techniques; Food Handler card DOH is a plus; understanding of basic English, both verbal and non-verbal; ability to compute basic arithmetic and provide legible communication; willingness to work during business hours, including weekends and evenings
