About: Benihana, a popular restaurant known for its delicious Japanese cuisine and entertaining Teppanyaki dining experience, is seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Sushi Chef to join their team. The Sushi Chef will be responsible for preparing a variety of sushi items and ensuring an exceptional dining experience for guests at the sushi bar.
Requirements: Must successfully pass the Company’s sushi chef training program and cooking procedures; Previous experience as sushi chef highly desirable; Culinary degree a plus; Approved food handling training as required by local laws
