Position: Sushi Chef job
About: Benihana is looking for a dedicated and skilled Sushi Chef to prepare sauces and sushi items for guests at the sushi bar, ensuring a fun and inviting experience while maintaining cleanliness and sanitation standards. The role involves greeting guests, preparing a variety of foods, responding to guest requests, and ensuring food quality and service satisfaction in alignment with company standards and guidelines.
Requirements: Must successfully pass the Company’s sushi chef training program and cooking procedures; Previous experience as a sushi chef highly desirable; Culinary degree a plus; Approved food handling training as required by local laws
