About: The Rolling Hills Country Club, located in Palos Verdes and renowned for its upscale dining experiences, is seeking a skilled Sushi Chef to join their culinary team. The Sushi Chef will play a crucial role in delivering top-notch sushi and sashimi dishes while ensuring exceptional service for club members and guests.
Requirements: Proven experience as a Sushi Chef in a high-end restaurant, hotel, or country club setting; Extensive knowledge of sushi preparation, knife skills, and ingredient selection; Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail; Strong understanding of food safety and sanitation guidelines; Excellent customer service and communication skills; Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays; Culinary degree or relevant certifications preferred but not required
