Position: Sushi Chef job
About: Princess Cruises, a renowned cruise line company, is seeking a skilled and experienced Sushi Chef to join their Galley department on a global scale. Requirements: Formal culinary arts qualification from a recognized institution; at least five years of experience in the galley and one year as a sushi chef in a high-production culinary environment; knowledge of sushi, nigiri, temaki, and sashimi production; ability to supervise and train teammates from different nationalities; fluency in English; experience in an upscale sushi restaurant preferred
