Position: Sushi Chef job
About: Benihana, a renowned Japanese restaurant known for creating great guest memories, is seeking a skilled Sushi Chef to join their team. The Sushi Chef will be responsible for preparing sauces and sushi items in front of guests at the sushi bar, ensuring a fun and inviting dining experience while maintaining cleanliness and sanitation standards.
Requirements: Must successfully pass the Company’s sushi chef training program and cooking procedures; Previous experience as sushi chef highly desirable; Culinary degree a plus; Approved food handling training as required by local laws
