Requirements: 1+ years experience producing high-quality sushi dishes; Management experience not required, but is a plus; A passion for culinary experiences and a commitment to teamwork and fun; A commitment to fostering a supportive and engaging experience for team members and guests; A willingness to learn and openness to feedback, coaching, and mentorship; Certification(s) to work responsibly in a safe and clean food production and consumption environment (i.e., State Specific Food Handlers Card); Ability to legally work in the USA
