Requirements: High volume sushi experience; Passion for food and beverage; Thrives in a fast-paced, high-volume environment; Takes initiative and has a sense of urgency; Communication skills and emotional intelligence; Embraces feedback and wants to constantly improve; Commitment to continuous learning and sharing; Availability for lunch, evenings, and weekends; At least 1 year of high volume sushi experience
