Requirements: Previous experience as a sushi chef or sushi cook in a restaurant or similar setting; strong knife skills and ability to handle raw fish safely and efficiently; understanding of food safety and sanitation practices, including proper handling and storage of seafood; effective communication skills, including the ability to collaborate with kitchen staff and interact with guests; strong organizational skills and ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment; flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required in the hospitality industry; commitment to upholding high standards of quality and consistency in sushi preparation
