Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent; experience as a Sushi Chef preferred; ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment; positive attitude and understanding of menu and cooking methods; reliable with good attendance record; teamwork and effective communication skills; adherence to health and safety policies and procedures; ability to perform in various kitchen stations
