Position: Sushi Chef job
About: Miru, a Japanese restaurant located on the 11th floor of the St. Regis Chicago, is seeking Sushi Cooks to join their team. The restaurant offers Chef Hisanobu Osaka’s unique Japanese cuisine, including sushi, sashimi, and Izakaya-style dishes, with stunning views of the Chicago River and Navy Pier.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; experience in sushi preparation and Japanese cuisine; proficient knife skills; ability to work variable shifts, including weekends; effective communication and multitasking skills; physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods; adherence to safety and sanitation standards
