This opening is for a Cook I at Saint Kate, responsible for preparing and cooking all food items according to menus and ensuring high standards of food production and presentation.
Requirements: High school diploma preferred; Previous cooking experience required, minimum of 3 years in a similar position preferred, Culinary or Apprenticeship program preferred; Sufficient manual dexterity of hand for using kitchen equipment like knives, spoons, and spatulas; Ability to lift, push, or pull weights up to 100 pounds; Ability to work in a confined space with high noise levels and frequent interruptions, stand for long periods, and work within extreme temperature ranges; Ability to obtain necessary licenses or certifications for sanitation, liquor service, or food service; Varied schedule availability including days, evenings, weekends, holidays, ability to work under pressure
