About: The Sushi Bar is currently hiring a Sushi Chef to join their team. The role involves contributing to the production of high-quality food in line with departmental guidelines and service concepts of The NZR Group. The position offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic environment and be part of a renowned restaurant group.
Requirements: 2 years’ experience in Sushi section or extensive knowledge of Sushi; Health and Safety Training; Food Hygiene Training; Ability to communicate effectively with customers and peers; Self-motivated and committed; Good organizational and problem-solving skills; Flexible and able to handle difficult situations; Knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices; Positive attitude and willingness to learn and grow within the company.
