Position: Sushi Chef job

Requirements: Candidates for the Sushi Chef position must have a minimum of 4 years of experience in sushi preparation, including handling whole fish, making sushi rice, preparing nigiri and maki rolls, as well as proficiency in sauces, knife skills, and general sushi preparation tasks. The work schedule is 5 days a week for 50-55 hours. Desired qualities include being quick to learn, detail-oriented, quick-thinking, possessing proven leadership skills, open to feedback, and adept at creating systems and task-oriented.
