About: The Sushi Chef position at our restaurant involves preparing sauces and sushi items for guests in accordance with our food preparation and service guidelines. The role primarily works in front of guests at the sushi bar, ensuring a fun and inviting experience while maintaining cleanliness and sanitation.
Requirements: Must successfully pass the Company’s sushi chef training program and cooking procedures; Previous experience as a sushi chef highly desirable; Culinary degree a plus; Approved food handling training as required by local laws
