Requirements: High School diploma or equivalent; experience as a Sushi Chef preferred; ability to multitask, work in a fast-paced environment, and maintain a positive attitude; good understanding of menu and cooking methods; reliability, teamwork skills, and compliance with health and safety policies required; physical ability to stand and walk throughout the shift, lift items up to 50 lbs, bend and reach while carrying, and withstand kitchen environment conditions like heat, steam, and cold.
