About: Benihana, a renowned Japanese restaurant located at 1318 Louisiana Street, is currently seeking a skilled Kitchen Supervisor/Cook to join its team. As a Sushi Chef at Benihana, you will be responsible for preparing side and sushi items for guests according to portioning, recipe, and service guidelines. You will primarily work in front of guests at the sushi bar, monitor food portioning, and maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the sushi bar and equipment. Hiring Immediately.
