Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent; 1 or more years of experience working in high-volume and/or guest-facing food service preferred; Valid Food Handlers card required; Knowledge in proper food and drink handling & storage; Sushi Chefs: 1-2 years culinary experience or culinary education preferred
